What are community arts?

Community arts are creative activities that bring people together—in libraries, parks, markets, trails, schools, and other shared spaces. They are designed to be welcoming, participatory, and accessible, encouraging people of all ages and backgrounds to explore the arts in meaningful ways.

MECA works with local artists, venues, and partners to develop community-led events that reflect Hinton’s unique identity and creative spirit.
